メスの斜め後ろのベストポジションについたオスを見つけました。産みそうで産まないメスのそばで、チャンスを逃さないための努力が続きました。 I found the male salon which was at the best position for spawning with female salmon. But it was also beginning of fight to get the chance for him. 2018 Sep.27

9月下旬、室蘭市を流れるチマイベツ川の中流はサケまみれになっていました。産卵によさそうな小砂利があるところには必ずサケ。川を歩くのもたいへんでした。 In the end of Sep. the middle part of Chimaibetsu river was covered with salmon. It was very hard to find the way to go through the river without kicking these salmon. 2018 Sep.27
